Corrections to product data
We hold every camera, recorder and drive to its manufacturer's published specifications, but manufacturers revise products and plans and we sometimes get things wrong. If you spot a wrong resolution, a missing feature, an outdated subscription price or a compatibility claim that does not match your experience, email us with the product name and, if you can, a link to the manufacturer's page that shows the correct detail. We check every report against the source and correct the record, and the correction flows through to Security Fit, storage sizing and every list that includes the product.
Questions about a recommendation
If the finder suggested something that does not make sense for your property, we want to hear about it. Tell us what you entered and what you expected, and we will explain the reasoning or improve the engine. Please do not send photographs of other people's property or of identifiable people.
Prices that look wrong
Prices come from Amazon and are checked several times a day. If a price on our site differs from the one Amazon shows you, Amazon's price is the one that applies. Let us know which product it was and roughly when you saw it, and we will check the refresh record for that listing.
Manufacturers and retailers
Manufacturers are welcome to send specification sheets, firmware notes, compatibility lists and subscription plan changes. We cannot accept payment for placement or for higher scores, and we do not publish sponsored rankings. Retailers interested in having their offers shown alongside Amazon can contact us about future integrations; any retailer we add will be held to the same price freshness rules.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us with the subject line Privacy request. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, which is very little, and how long we keep it.

What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer, so we cannot help with orders, deliveries, returns or warranty claims. For those, please contact Amazon or the manufacturer directly. We also cannot provide installation services or emergency assistance. If you believe someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services.
